First and foremost, I believe understanding your situation and expectations is vitally important to our success in buying or selling a home. I also believe communication and asking the right questions is a key ingredient in getting the best information in order to make the best decisions. I believe in surrounding myself with very knowledgeable people that go the extra mile like myself. I want to earn your trust and empower you by educating you along the way and showing you results. In real estate, there are things only you have control over, other things I have control over, and some things neither of us have control over. It's important to be aware of these and work together as a team to meet your goals. I think outside the box and make adjustments as necessary in order to get results. My motto is, "Solve the problem!" ERA is a national company that is locally owned, so we have the best business minds from around the world contributing to your success. We are ethical, forward-thinking, and results oriented professionals who take a proactive approach to real estate. We will express the highest level of service and integrity. I graduated from University of Southern Indiana with two bachelors degrees; one in Accounting and the other in Business Administration with an area of interest in Finance. I have been involved in real estate all my life in one way or another. Growing up, my dad owned rental property. I helped clean and manage them. As a young adult, I invested in rental property myself and enjoyed attending auctions. When my youngest was two years old, I decided to become a real estate agent. In 2001, I attended my first tax sale and bought three. I ended up owning one of them. I'd like to continue attending and possibly investing in more tax sale properties in the future. I enjoy learning. I'm very hands on and detailed, always double checking my work. I am a home school mother of three children, Brandon, Austin, and Alyssa. My boys are attending college and are baseball pitchers. My oldest tied for first in the nation two years ago in wins at 13 and 1. My middle son has overcome a lot of obstacles, has a huge heart and I'm impressed with his wisdom for his young age. My daughter is in high school and barrel races horses. She has qualified for finals at the world competition two out of three years with seven countries attending. We own four horses. Three of them are barrel racing horses and one is a rescue. My daughter has a beautiful Australian Shepherd with blue eyes that she wants to start breeding in the near future. I attend Center of Hope Church. They were rated number one in the number of people accepting Christ in the state of Indiana. They are heavily involved in the community with the Evansville Rescue Mission and other programs. After every Sunday service, they offer a free meal to anyone in attendance. They offer a clothing bank and are always accepting donations. They are involved in the summer feeding program for kids, as well. They are the most real church I've ever attended. They meet people where they are and show them the love of Christ, never judging. Their sermons and other information can be found at www.centerofhopeevansville.org. Feel free to check them out.
